Meet Kierra

Our life journeys are characterized by ups and downs, with each of us having a unique story to tell. We often find ourselves pushing our limits in ways that we never imagined possible. However, a single negative thought can lead to a spiral of self-doubt, negative self-talk, or trigger past traumas. During such times, it's important to have a safe space where we can unpack our emotions and continue on our journey of self-discovery.

As a queer black woman, I have created this space for you to help you on your journey. I take a soul-centered approach to therapy, acknowledging that our thoughts can sometimes lead us to believe falsehoods, and our emotions can make us feel things that may not be entirely true. As an integrative therapist, I employ cognitive behavioral interventions to help you challenge these recurring negative thoughts that may be causing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and low self-esteem.

Using the traditional art of psychoanalysis, I provide you with an opportunity to unpack and process suppressed emotions. As a person-centered therapist, I believe that you are the driver of your own healing journey. My role is to act as your personal GPS, offering you a variety of routes that will help you reach your ultimate destination: healing.

In my practice, I also incorporate mind-body alignment interventions to establish a positive connection between your mind, body, and soul. Together, we can develop a plan that helps to heal your soul, ease your mind, validate your emotions, and prepare you for your next chapter. Because every chapter in life requires a new set of healing tools and a fresh pair of stilettos.
